The Star: Breaking News

The World Bank (WB) is currently debating if they accept a proposal made by the
African Union which would cost the WB a total of 10 million dollars.
They proposed to send 60 helicopters (30 from South Africa) to flooded
areas to rescue and search for people affected by the crisis. They also
want to send in four regiments of soldiers to support the rescuers.
Additionally, they  want to cooperate with Doctors Without Borders to
assist with doctors and medical supplies.
