The Kingdom of Spain is very grateful for a loan granted by the World Bank to the country. By this means, the Kingdom of Spain can increase its budget for tackling the current crisis. Emergency camps along the affected coastal areas in Spain, as well as the required temporary infrastructure for these camps, are needed in order to handle the situation during current crisis time and to provide the affected people in these regions a shelter and basic services. The money, coming from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, is afterwards needed to reconstruct infrastructure in the affected regions. These reconstructions will be linked to the World Bank’s climate change adaptation objectives.
