Today the delegates of Vietnam, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, India, and South Korea met during the Conference of the General Assembly to form the “Asian Alliance”.
Their goal is to help and support African countries not only during the current crisis, but also in the near future. They especially want to send aid to Mauritania, Senegal, and Gambia. The delegation of Japan will cooperate with the Alliance on this matter as well.
The Asian Alliance will fund these countries with a sum of 2,8 million dollars for reconstruction and development and already has shelters built up for the people in need during the crisis. Additionally, they will send 3,000 troops to help to evacuate the affected areas including experts from Vietnam and Japan for constructing earth quake safe buildings and hospitals.
There are also rumors about North Korea willing to open up and give their nuclear weapons and missiles to the alliance to join them.
